OHB offers Personal training in a personable environment. These sessions are for any one who is looking to lose weight, tone up, strength training, gain weight, or pregnant women who want to stay active safely during their pregnancy.
This program consist of 4 week sessions at a time. Our 1 on 1 training sessions consist of weekly weigh-ins, measurements taken at the beginning and end of the program, a tailored made regiment to tone and sculpt your body, an excersice program with close attention from your trainer/ coach, and nutrition counseling (journaling).
The heart of the wise teaches his mouth, and adds learning to his lips.
